Banstead Area Guide
Banstead lies on the Surrey border with London neighbouring Sutton, Reigate and Epsom. The local council is Reigate and Banstead. It also comprises a smaller village called Nork.
Although serviced by a mainline train station, situated in Nork, it is best reached by car and has a main road, the A217 connecting to the M25 at junction 8. Banstead Village has a sizeable high street containing independent retailers as well as a large Waitrose, Pizza Express and Marks & Spencer.
