In the last six months to October 2016 Mi-Move ranked 7th out of 36 agents in the SM2 postcode area according to Zoopla Pro which analyses the performance of estate agents by postcode area. The only local agents with more instructions in the area than Mi-Move were (in no particular order!!) Barnard Marcus, Burn & Warne, Your Move, Cubitt & West, Cromwells and Fine & Country. And none of those agents offers a standard sole agency fee as low as Mi-Move’s at just 0.75% including VAT. No wonder Mi-Move is beating many other local agents to get new business and challenging the big companies.
In the combined areas of SM1 and SM2 Mi-Move ranked 13th out of 68 agents in the same period.
